Meet Lloyd and Saundra Haevischer:

We moved to the mountains of Northern New Mexico from Grapevine, Texas.    

I have been in the plumbing and construction related business for over 30 years.  Presently, I am a licensed plumbing contractor in New Mexico as well as in 5 other states.  I have also been an insurance adjuster with several national companies where I gained valuable experience by inspecting homes for damage. 

Most recently as the manager of the plumbing division of an international company, I conducted business in several states and furthered my education in business and home inspection. My experience in these fields has provided beneficial knowledge that will allow me to take care of and inspect your home each week.

Saundra was a teacher and public school administrator for 35 years. She still enjoys consulting work in Texas on a part time basis.

When not looking after customers’ homes, we enjoy the outdoor activities of the mountains.  In the winter we enjoy snowmobiling and snowshoeing.  In the summer we ride the highways of New Mexico on our motorcycle with friends. 

We have 3 lovely grown daughters, 3 great son-in-laws  a wonderful granddaughter and a new grandson.

We promise to treat your home as if it were our own.  With the expertise to inspect each home we can ensure they are free from damage and you can rest easy.  If problems should arise, you can rely on my experience to give you the most thorough report and make recommendations that are in your best interest.
