Summit Home Care and Property Services, LLC, is dedicated to protecting your vacation home investment.  Our goal is for you to rest easy knowing that your home is in the capable hands of experienced professionals when you are not visiting the property.  We are here to assure that your time in Angel Fire is spent enjoying your favorite mountain activities. 

Our weekly, unscheduled inspections include:

Doors & windows locked       Plumbing failures             Moisture problems               Refrigerator checks                     Phone service

In addition we perform monthly winter time propane level checks as well as home openings and closings so that you and your guests arrive to a warm, lighted house.  We are also available at your direction to procure and supervise any necessary or routine services such as snow plowing, deck clearing, etc.  Contact us with your specific requests and we can design services to meet your requirements. 

The Summit sign will be prominently posted on your property to provide emergency crews with immediate contact information and discourage unwanted visitors.
